1 cup (250 ml)
1/2 cup (125ml)
1/3 cup (80 ml)
1/2 cup (125 ml)
chickpeas, canned, drained
1 tbsp (15 ml)
feta cheese
2 tbsp (30 ml)
quick ranch dressing (recipe available in 21-Day Kickstarter)

Chop the lettuce and spinach, then pat the chickpeas dry if necessary.

Break up or chop the feta however you want it – chunky, perfect squares, whatever.

Slice the cucumbers into halves, quarters or squares.

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and enjoy.
